Abstract:

Digital videos and digital high-speed videos observations on behaviors, feeding and grooming actions, and avoidance in planktonic micro-crustacean - oil droplets interactions. Videos show behaviors of Daphnia magna before, during and after feeding mineral oil droplets.

Purpose:

To research the diversity of feeding behaviors by Daphnia magna when feeding on mineral oil droplets (15-190 micrometer diameter).
