Abstract:

16S rRNA libraries, geochemical data, and process rate data were collected in the vicinity of the Deepwater Horizon before, during, and after the Deepwater Horizon Blowout. Samples were collected between March 2010 - November 2012.

Purpose:

To evaluate the dynamic responses of bacterial assemblages to altered ecological conditions using a large marker genetic dataset combined with environmental parameters.
